1.Introduction
Chopped strand mats are made of 50mm long chopped strands,which are randomly dispersed and bonded together by powder or emulsion polyester binder. Chopped strand mats are mainly used in FRP fields,such as hand lay-up process,filament winding process,centrifugal casting process,molding process and so on.Chopped strand mats are mainly used on automotive interiors,transformer insulation materials,sanitary ware,chemical anti-corrosion pipelines,tanks,ships,seats,building components and other products,Chopped strand mats has excellent mechanical properties,resistance to processing and process suitability.

6.Packaging:
(1)Tied with plastic rope.
(2)Covered with a plastic bag.
(3)Packed in a carton and sticked with label.
(4)Packed by the pallet with shrink wrap and shipping mark
7.Loading Quantity:
One plastic bag and carton for a roll with N.W.30kg. 12 or 16 rolls on a pallet. 20 pallets (10 pallets with 12 rolls, 10 pallets with 16 rolls) in one 20' container, that is N.W. 8.4t in one 20' container.
8.Storage:
Unless otherwise specified, fiberglass products should be stored in a dry, cool and moistureproof area. Room temperature and humidity should always be maintained at 15°C - 35°C, 35% - 65% respectively. Best used within 12 months after production date. Fiberglass products should remain in their original packaging until just prior to use.
