Fiberglass Needle Mat NMC880 of Nanjing Tianming:
The fiberglass needle mat is a new type of fiberglass reinforced material for composite materials.It is made by needle punching process-intersperse the fiberglass in an orderly manner between the material layers,so that the felt layer has a three-dimensional porous three-dimensional structure.It is used as the reinforced mater in GMT and pultrusion products,and is popular with the Auto,FRP,Pultrusion and GTM fields.
Capabilities:
*The three-dimensional structure bettween the layers has fiber distribution in three dimensions,which greatly increases the mechanical uniformity of three-dimensional direction of the product and reduce anisotropy.
*Needled by the chopped strand or continuous filament
*It will be porous structure when heated.The structure aviods the defects caused by the air embedded into the products

Loading Quantity:
One plastic bag and carton for a roll with N.W.30kg. 12 or 16 rolls on a pallet. 20 pallets (10 pallets with 12 rolls, 10 pallets with 16 rolls) in one 20' container, that is N.W. 8.4t in one 20' container.
Storage:
Unless otherwise specified, fiberglass products should be stored in a dry, cool and moistureproof area. Room temperature and humidity should always be maintained at 15°C - 35°C, 35% - 65% respectively. Best used within 12 months after production date. Fiberglass products should remain in their original packaging until just prior to use.
